THE COLTS ARE GOING TO THE SUPERBOWL!!!
Okay, for any of you who know me, you know I really don't pay attention to professional sports, butthe Indianapolis Colts are finally going to the Superbowl. The last time the Colts were in the "Bowl" was 1970, and that's when they were in Baltimore. They're playing the Chicago Bears, who's last Superbowl appearance was in 1985, and debuted the *Superbowl Shuffle* one of my all time favorite radio play songs. ("We're not here to start no trouble, we just came to do the Superbowl Shuffle.")
The reason I'm even posting about this, is because a long, LONG time ago, I made a bet that the Colts would never win a Superbowl as long as they were in Indianapolis. So far, I've been pretty accurate, but this year, they have a shot. IF they win, I have to shave my head. When I made the bet, it was much more of a deal, as I had really long hair, but now, it's just a matter of using the clippers on one more seting to do the job.
So, for all you Midwesterners, it looks to be an exciting game, as two teams from the Heartland battle it out for the World to see. You guys enjoy, I'll be working that morning. :(

Other than that, nothing much is changing around here.
I'm working in radio still. I will have my photo and bio on the AFN Korea website soon (when they update the page) so look for that. I'm now someone's boss, for the next three-and-a-half months, and life is generally okay. I'm looking forward to moving to Germany to be with my Baby! I miss her more every day!

I just found out that I can do recruiter's assistance once a year, as long as I can make my way to the US to do it...not that I will, but it's paid vacation, as long as I pay my way to do it.

SO i should root for hte colts then. i can't beleive you remeber a bet you made years ago. i bet this person does not remember the bet at all and would ask you why you shaved your head. You have way to good of a memory. Now i know you will never beable to forget my many mess ups.
So, can you use that recruiting thing to get time in country for the wedding?
oh & where is this Suoper Bowl happening? why yes, in the hottest city this side of the Mississippi...MIAMI!!! in the Dolphin Stadium, a mere 3 miles from my humble abode. Prince is performing the half time show...oh my.
