I'm a trend setter!

So, I have a few days off of work (holidays are wonderful!) but I still do research for my radio show as any good DJ should. WELL!!! I cam across a little piece of information today, and found out that my radio show is broadcast around the world, and is listened to by celebrities!
Can you believe it, I mean, people in Hollywood, New York, Milan, and other trendy spots pick up my radio show, and get this, LISTEN TO ME!
Not just listen, but follow my advice for fashion trends. That's the only explanation I can find for this:

Yes, folks, that's Ms. BRITNEY SPEARS, shaving her own head. I can't believe she listens to my show, and decided that if her favorite radio host was going to be bald, so, too, should she be. Now if I could just get the Howard Stern folks to tune in...

Okay, in all seriousness, no one outside the country I'm in can hear me on the radio, but I found this and had to post it. I follow a lot of celebrity news and gossip for my show, and when I stumbled across this, it floored me! I hope she's okay. It seems to me (my counselor nature coming out) that either Ms. Spears is trying to separate herself from everything in her past (including her hair) to start fresh, or (more likely) she's having a serious breakdown. I've been there, and all I can say, is she needs people who love her right now (not fans, or her enterage, or the paperazzi) to get her through whatever it is.
I'm not a fan of hers, but I AM a fan of life, and think she needs help through whatever it is she's going through.

Happy Valentine's Day

While I usually consider myself a romantic (see Ferdinand), I must say that Vanessa did the most wonderful thing to surprise me today. She told me a few weeks ao to check my email on the Monday before Valentine's Day for a special message. Naturally, I thought she meant my work account, but I found out this morning that it was my AOL account she wanted me to check. So, quickly before I hurried in to work, I gave it a glance over, to find that she had sent me an e-card. That in itself was nice, but the message inside the card was to look in the newspaper today. So, after I got to work, I opened the paper, to find a special Valentine's Day message from her, right ther in black and white. This particular paper is seen military-wide, in every country the U.S. has forces stationed, so that means about three-million people got to see just how romantic my Baby is. It really brightened my day to read what she wrote. A simple note, but to me it's beautiful, because of the planning and meaning of it. I later stole the paper from work, and now have it in my posession to hold onto forever!
I feel bad, because she hasn't been able to pick up her mail, so she won't get to open her Valentine's Day present from me until after V-Day, and she gave me this wonderful suprise so far out in advance.
Vanessa, I promise to make it up to you when I get to Germany.

ULI!
